Do you deal in property sales?
No, we only deal in lettings, both short and long-term but we do work closely with a very good sales agent that we would happily recommend to you?

Can I get a valuation of my property?
Yes, we can do this online for you. Simply visit -http://www.nicholasjonesresidential.co.uk/valuation [PAUSE 10 SECONDS] If you’d prefer us to visit your property to value it, please could I take your name, telephone number and postcode?
Can I book a viewing?
You can book a viewing directly from the property listing you are interested in. Just look for the purple ‘Request a viewing’ button.
Do you do viewings during evenings and weekends?
Yes, we have extended hours 7 days a week to allow for evening and weekend appointments.
What letting services do you offer?
We provide a let only service, let only with rent collection and a full management service but can be totally bespoke depending on a landlord’s requirements.
Do you charge fees to tenants to rent a property?
No, following the tenant fees act in June 2019 there are no fees payable by the tenant to rent a property. Tenants will pay a one week reservation deposit to reserve a property and following referencing and signing of the Tenancy Agreement will be requi...
Can a landlord use their own contractors if you manage their property?  
We have a database of contractors that we use, who we have found to be efficient and reasonably priced but we are very happy to use Landlords own contractors when managing their property.
Which deposit protection scheme do you use?
We use the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) Custodial Scheme, so the deposits are paid into the scheme for their protection.
What are your sales fees?
We only deal with lettings.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Oxford City as well as surrounding towns and villages in Oxfordshire.
Do you provide floor plans?
Yes, we supply floor plans for all of our rental listings which includes the square footage and individual room measurements.
Where do you market your properties?
Our properties are marketed via our website, as well as on On The Market, Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are:Monday – Friday: 8am to 10pmSaturday: 9am to 4pmSunday: 10am to 4pm.
Are you members of ARLA Propertymark?
Yes we are licensed ARLA Propertymark members and as such follow a professional code of conduct and have compulsory client money protection and are regulated by The Property Ombudsman.
Do you provide a rent guarantee?
