No, following the tenant fees act in June 2019 there are no fees payable by the tenant to rent a property. Tenants will pay a one week reservation deposit to reserve a property and following referencing and signing of the Tenancy Agreement will be required to pay the balance of the first period of rent due and a damages deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent.
