Magnets should not lose their magnetism as long as they are stored and used correctly. Please keep away from extremes of temperature, do not machine wash and do not store near other strong magnetic fields.
We recommend the Magnetic Chaps are used while the horse is at rest and suggest that they are only used in the stable or while tied up.
We recommend using the short Magnets in the Magnetic Chaps as they are easier to position and fit round the leg.

The magnetic properties in our magnets will not diminish over time, we recommend they are not stored near other strong magnetic forces or exposed to extremes of temperature.
Our magnets are wrapped in heat sealed plastic to protect them, you do not need to remove this before putting them in the pockets and using them.
