I ordered the wrong size, can I return my item for a refund or exchange?

Of course, we can refund or exchange a product as  long as it is in the original packaging and is not used. We now have an online returns form which you can fill in and it will  be emailed to us or  you can print a returns form by following this link - https://www.equilibriumproducts.com/get-in-touch/returns-and-exchanges/

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit for the order, minus the postage, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, however your return postage will be compensated if the fault is on the behalf of Equilibrium Products (i.e. incorrect item or faulty product).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We aim to process all refunds/exchanges within 7 working days.
