Orders may be held under different customer numbers. First go to the Customer Number section in the top right of the screen, and select the Person icon. This will show your different customer numbers and you can toggle between these to see different orders.

If you still cannot see an order, click the 'Orders’ tab and under ‘Can’t see all of your orders?’ click on the button ‘Locate Orders’ and fill out the information required. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
