Nose problems (blocked nose, difficulty breathing, sinusitis, snoring, etc). Nasal endoscopy - new consultation £250 + £345, total £595.

Throat problems (difficulty swallowing, persistent sore throat, generic pain, patient lost their voice, etc) - Throat endoscopy - new consultation £250 + £345, total £595.

Ear problems (tinnitus, dizziness, loss of hearing, etc)  - Audiology tests - new consultation £250 + from £185, total from £435.

Ear blockage due to wax  - Microsuction - new consultation £250 + £240 for one ear, £295 for both ears. Total £590 for one, £545 for both. 

Swab - new consultation £250 + £65, total £315.

Other treatments

Halitosis - special package £495 inclusive of consultation, endoscopy and swab of the mouth.

Epley Manoeuvre - £210. Total with new consultation = £460.

[A manoeuvre/manipulation of the head which can ease symptoms of dizziness and vertigo.]

Stroboscopy – £375. Total with new consultation and endoscopy = £970.

[This is essentially an endoscopy, but with an extra light that allows the consultant to examine a patient’s vocal chords. For general throat issues, the £345 endoscopy is fine, but the stroboscopy is specifically if the patient mentions that they want their vocal chords examined due to strain on their voice etc (definitely quote for any singers or voice actors)]

Nasal Cautery - £345. Total with new consultation and endoscopy = £940.

[This is for excessive nose bleeds. Best to advise the patient that they will also need a £345 endoscopy as well so that the consultant can examine the nose with the camera, and then cauterise the blood vessels to try and stop any bleeding.]
