Can I answer some calls myself? Can I use you for just a few hours a week? Can I use your service just when I’m short staffed or out of the office etc?
Yes. You’re in complete control of how and when you divert your calls to us. You can choose to use us as an overflow service so we just pick up calls that you would otherwise have missed. If you already have a receptionist we can work as a back-up/overflow support service to cover holidays, sickness or peaks in call volume.
