I can’t file my VAT - there seems to be a problem with my credentials.

To maintain security, HMRC require you to re-authenticate your HMRC credentials every year. To reauthenticate, we recommend you first remove your credentials, log out of Taxfiler, log back in and then reload your credentials.  There are full details on this support page: https://taxfiler.co.uk/support/mtd-for-vat/
