Do you do one-off pieces of work?
Yes. Although most clients prefer a more proactive service offering continual support throughout the year.
How easy is it to switch accountants?
It can be a very easy process with most firms. We’ll send a professional clearance letter directly to them requesting your information. Alternatively, you can also provide information directly.

What are your fees?

Can I come to your office?
Yes, we’d be happy to receive you at our Newcastle Office.
Do you have parking at your office?
Yes. Parking is available 2 minutes walk away at the Quayside Multi Story Car Park (NE1 2HJ), our offices can be seen as you leave through the bottom exit. Alternatively, there's free parking approximately 15 minutes walk away near the Cycle Hub (NE6 1BU).
Is this PayKeeper
Yes, it's the same organisation, but PayKeeper rebranded as Stryde in September 2019 so our brand reflects our full range of services.
What is it that Stryde do?
We’re an accountancy firm that support businesses with a full breadth of accounting services from bookkeeping to accounting to finance director. We also support business owners with financial training and the automation of financial processes.
Are you Chartered Accountants?
We have a team which includes Chartered Accountants, Bookkeepers and Trainers.
What are your opening times?
We open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Excluding bank holidays.
What software do you work with?
The most common software we work with Xero or Quickbooks. But we can also work with Sage, Freeagent, Kashflow and more.
I have a deadline due soon, can you meet it?
That depends. In most cases we’ll need authority to act on your behalf and time to complete the work which can take between 10 days and a few months depending on how quickly information is provided to us.
