Do you deal in property sales?

What areas do you cover?
We cover Surbiton, Kingston, Hampton Wick, Teddington, New Malden and along the Thames from Hampton Court to Richmond.
Do you provide floor plans?
Yes, we supply floor plans for both sales and lettings which include square footage and individual room measurements.
Can you book in a viewing for me?
Of course! If you could let me know your name and telephone number and the property you are interested in, I can get a member of the team to confirm a date and time for a viewing.
What are your sales fees?
I would need to get a member of the team to contact you with this information. If I could take your name, email address and telephone number, we'll be in touch asap.
What are your office hours?
8.30 until 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
Do you do viewings during evenings and weekends?
We will always do our best to do so.
Can I get a valuation of my property?
Yes, we can do this online for you. Simply visit our homepage and enter your postcode into the grey banner at the top of the page titled ‘FREE INSTANT ONLINE VALUATION’. You’ll then need to fill in some more details and submit and you’ll get your valuat...
Where do you market your properties?
Our sales properties are marketed within our three offices in Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton and Riverside, as well as on Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.
