At Roche Legal, we charge in two ways: fixed fee and hourly. Which one you pay will depend on what type of legal service we will be carrying out for you. Many of our services – such as writing a Will or a Lasting Power of Attorney – are charged on a fixed basis. This means we’ll be able to give you an exact cost before we start.

For legal services such as administering the estate of someone who has died or an inheritance dispute, we charge by the hour. We always give an estimate of how much work may be involved, though these situations are not always predictable.
