Unpaid Rent: If you are late making your rental instalment payments, you will also be charged interest of 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from rent due date until you make the payment. Change of Sharer (Tenant’s Request): If you are sharing a dual occupancy room and want to change the person you share with or are leaving with a replacement tenant to take over the remaining term of the contract, we will charge £50 (Inc. VAT) per replacement tenant, or any reasonable costs incurred if higher.

Lost Key(s) or other Security Device(s): Tenants are liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys or other security devices. If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, and new lock, and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord, or any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant.
