Our offices are available 24/7 to signed up members.
Do you have offices available?
Yes, we have offices from 4 people up to 12 although not all are available right now. Can you tell me more about what you are looking for as we have other sites within our business that may be able to accommodate you?
Do you do one person offices?
We have individual desks available in a shared office / our smallest office takes up to four people but could be used for single occupancy.

We have a co-working office where we offer a “dedicated desk” service. This gives you your own personal desk, chair and lockable pedestal in a shared office. You’d have your own key to access this 24/7.

How much does it cost?
Our dedicated desks start from £250 per month +VAT and offices start from £500 per month + VAT - all rates are all-inclusive.
What is included / are there any extras?
The fee includes all of your main costs - rent, rates, internet, power, furniture, cleaning and refreshments. We can provide a phone system and personalised internet as an optional extra.
Do you do meeting rooms?
Yes, we have a six seater meeting room with screen. This can be booked direct through the website athttps://markethouseaylesbury.spaces.nexudus.com/en/bookings/calendar
What is the minimum contract?
Our desks have a 6 months minimum term and the offices 12 months. After this, they go onto a simple monthly rolling contract.
Do you offer virtual office?
Yes, we can offer registered office and mail handling but not call answering. Just let us know what you are looking for and we’ll get someone to contact you regarding this.
Do you have parking?
There is plenty of local parking but as we’re right in the town centre, we don’t have parking directly on site. For short term parking you can use the Exchange St car park or Coopers Yard on Buckingham St (£2 for 3 hours). For longer term, Friars Croft ...
Is there a deposit payable?
For offices, we take one month’s licence fee as deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay in the building. There is no deposit payable for individual desks.
Can I get a parking permit?
