Can you support Apple Macs/devices?
Yes of course. Many of our clients are mac users and we have accredited Apple engineers in-house.
How much do you charge for a one-off call out?
As part of a Fully Managed Support contract, on-site call-outs are included. However if you’re not already a client, I would need to get one of the team to get in touch. Can I take your name, email address and telephone number, we’ll be in touch asap.
How much do you charge per month for managed IT support?
We charge per user per month, so in order to give you a quote I’d need a member of the team to contact you to discuss your business set-up. If I could take your name, email address and telephone number, we’ll be in touch asap.
What is your support contract length?
Our managed IT support comes with a rolling 90 day contract. There are other features unique to our package that other IT companies won't have. If I could take your name, email address and telephone number, we’ll be in touch asap.
Do  you offer 24/7
