The launchpad is a client-only area, so if a visitor starts a chat from within the launchpad, you’ll know they’re a client and therefore their needs will be different. From the launchpad they can do a number of things, such as communicate with NLB, arrange a meeting, pay taxes, add people to payroll, etc.
