Can I buy your products online?
We don’t sell our products directly online. If you’re interested in something I can take your email, name, postcode and phone number, and someone from the team will be in touch asap to discuss your requirements.
Where can I buy cutlery and crockery?
You can buy this online via our shop here - https://www.neater.co.uk/shop.
Are your products easy to use?
Yes, our products are designed to be used by anyone, and are suitable for people with a wide range of conditions.
Are your products easy to set-up?
We do not go out to set up Neater Eaters (manual or robotic) as standard. It may have been included on the demonstrators quote. We do however, do a setup of an Arm Support as standard.
How quickly can I/we start using your products?
I can get a member of the team to contact you regarding your requirements, and they will be able to tell you more. If I could take your email, name, postcode and phone number, we’ll be in touch asap.
Do you offer a free trial?
We can offer a postal trial for selected products for people in the UK only. If you would like more information, email us atinfo@neater.co.ukor call on 01298 238823.
How much does the X cost?
Our equipment is modular and some countries have different pricing systems in place. If you can let me know where you are based then I can get you details of your local demonstrator and ask them to contact you directly about this. [VISITOR GIVES LOCATIO...
Can I pay in installments?
We do offer payment plans. We either require payment in advance, or a purchase order.
Can I return a product if we can’t get on with it?
We do offer a return policy within a reasonable amount of time, please be aware that some items may incur a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.
Do your products come with a guarantee or warranty?
All of our main products come with a 3 year warranty as standard. This does not include switches, plates or other consumable items.
