We understand that “life happens”! If you’re running late or need to reschedule, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. The cancellation policy is detailed in our financial contract. We very rarely enforce cancellation fees, and only do so after numerous last-minute cancellations when it has become an ongoing issue.
