Where are your clinics?
We have a clinic in Knightsbridge, Central London a few minutes’ walk from Harrods department store, Hyde Park corner or the Victoria and Albert Museum.
How do I get to the Knightsbridge Clinic by public transport?
The nearest tube stations are:Knightsbridge: 5-minute walk to the clinicSouth Kensington: 15-minute walk to the clinic.There is metre parking in Beauchamp place for up to 2 hours,, but it can sometimes take 20 minutes to find a spot.

Do you work with insurance companies?
You will first need to check with your insurer if this treatment is covered by them and then if required, we can supply you with an invoice/receipt detailing the treatment given so you can claim the money back from them.
Do you offer instalments?
We do not generally offer instalments. If you are having difficulty in financing the treatment, then we can arrange for you to speak with the medical advisor.
Will the treatment hurt?
The shockwave treatment, while not painless, is tolerable. The most common feedback is it feels somewhere between a mild pin prick sensation to someone flicking an elastic band on you.
How much does X cost?

What days does the Knightsbridge Clinic Open?
Our Knightsbridge Clinic is on from Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm. It is closed Saturday and Sunday.
What do your treatments consist of?

Do you offer payment/finance plans?
Payment is due in full at your first treatment session, we do not offer payment plans or payment by instalments. However, we offer a free inclinic consultation, following your conversation on the phone with a medical advisor.
How many sessions will I need?
Depending on the treatment prescribed this can be 1 session per week for 6 to 10 weeks. There are some shorter-term treatments and on the day protocols that can be discussed with a clinical advisor.
Are the people who treat patients Urologists?
No they are not Urologists. We have Urology nurse specialists and medical clinicians who undertake the non-invasive treatments. If someone requires surgery we will refer them to a urologist.
What are your success rates?

Is everyone who undertakes treatment a doctor?
Everyone who undertakes your treatment is a fully qualified medical clinician with medical degrees. They are specialists not generalists like an NHS doctor.

Yes, we accept all credit cards, including American Express.
Do you charge extra for American Express?
No. There is no additional charge to pay by American Express credit cards.
Do you charge VAT?
There is no VAT for medical treatment care.
Is there anything I shouldn't do whilst I'm having the treatment?
No, our treatments are non-invasive and there is nothing that our treatments would stop you from doing.
