This includes referrals for income, benefits and debt advice from IncomeMax, plus assistance with applying for the Warm Home Discount and the Priority Services Register (if eligible). IncomeMax may be able to help residents apply for trust funds for help with the debt, but this can’t be promised. We also make referrals to PayPlan, which gives debt advice, money management advice, and helps people create debt management plans.
