No, you do not require a referral from a third party or referral partner. After applying, the LEAP advisor at the visit can refer you to the boiler scheme.

NOTE: Residents can’t refer straight into the LEAP Boiler Scheme, but they can refer themselves into LEAP in general and ask for help with a boiler when applying.
