There are a number of ways to do this. Before we continue, are you visiting on a mobile device or laptop/desktop?

Thanks. The first way is to go to the profile of the member you want to message. Once on a member's profile page, you'll see a link under their bio called 'Message [member first name]'. For example, if the member's name is Karen, it would say 'Message Karen'.

When you tap on this, a window will pop-up with the message area, allowing you to send them a custom message.

Another way to send a message is when you are either following a member or you've already sent/received a message to them. If that's the case, you can visit the messages page here - https://members.fintechconnector.com/messages. Find the member from the list on the left and tap on them. You can then send them a new message via the messages area.
