Thanks. Once you're on the Community Updates page, you'll see a list of the most recent posts. Above these is an area where you and write and submit a post of your own. You'll see your profile picture and a text field with the words 'What's going on with you...' in it. Simply tap into that field and start typing!

Once you've created your post, you have the option to add a topic via the 'Add Topic' button underneath the text field containing your post. You can use this to tag your post to a topic. This helps other members find relevant posts in the topics they're interested in. A topic isn't required to post.

Before you share your post, you can also add media such as images, documents, emojis, animated gifs or videos. The buttons to upload these with your post are found under the 'Add Topic' button.

Now that your post is ready, simply tap the 'Share' button to the bottom-right of the post area and it will appear in the Community Updates feed. Don't forget to like, share or comment on other members posts!
