You will receive an email receipt once your payment has been approved. Also, you will have enhanced access and features on the platform.

How do I upgrade my free account to a paid one?
It's great that you want to upgrade your membership! You can do this by logging into the members area (https://members.fintechconnector.com/user/sign_in) and visiting https://members.fintechconnector.com/subscription_plans/new.
Can I downgrade or cancel my membership plan?
You can downgrade your membership at any time via the Membership Plans page - https://members.fintechconnector.com/subscription_plans/new. The membership plan downgrade will take effect at the next renewal / billing date.
What is the Invite Colleagues option?
This provides 3 options to invite your colleagues or network to join FinTech Connector. You can either invite via email, social media or by adding a link into your documents/email signature.
Why can't I see all the profile information?
Profile information, including LinkedIn is available for Pro and Premier members after your trial clicks are over.
Where can I see all the members on the platform?
Simply visit https://members.fintechconnector.com/users to see the full list of members (currently over 4,600!).
