OPERATOR NOTES

Diamond Rocks is based in London’s historical Hatton Garden, the capital of the jewellery industry in the UK. Their goal is to provide our customers with quality jewellery at the best prices with top class customer service.

They own their own jewellery manufacturing facility and source their own diamonds. This provides them with a unique opportunity to service all of their customer’s needs.

They have an extensive range of high quality contemporary diamond jewellery, gemstone jewellery, antique jewellery and loose diamonds with over 5,000 items in stock. They also update their product range on a regular basis.

Many items can be purchased online, but the best sales are generated through conversations with the customer.

Operator goals:

1. Find out what the visitor is looking for and take details so that someone from Diamond Rocks can contact them.
2. If necessary, give visitors links to pages with information about the 4 C's (Carat, Colour, Clarity & Cut), or direct links to product pages on the website.
3. Be professional, but friendly, making sure the visitor feels looked after and willing to share their information.
