Are the same people looking after me at Cypher?
Yes, everyone from Strata has moved across to the Cypher team, except for Kate and Harriet.
Will the accounting software you use be different?
No, we use the same software as Strata.
Is Strata's phone number the same?
Yes, but soon it will be diverted/replaced by the Cypher phone number.
Will Strata still exist as a brand?
No, Strata will become Cypher, but most of the team at Strata will stay with Cypher.
Are Strata still responding to emails?
Yes they are. Shortly these will be redirected to Cypher.
Will my regular Strata direct debit continue to be taken?
From the 1st of December all payments will have been re-directed to Cypher. We will send you a proposal shortly with details on this and all the other arrangements.
Have you acquired/bought Strata?
Yes we have. This news was announced on the 12th November 2024. This move will see Strata’s founder Phil Colmer, join our senior leadership team as a board member. Most of the team from Strata will be moving across to join us too.
Will the level of service I've received from Strata be the same at Cypher?
Yes, absolutely! The acquisition has meant we've increased the experience and size of the team here at Cypher, which allows us to provide you an even better service.
Will you still operate from the Milton Park office?
No, this will be closing soon and everyone will operate from the Cypher office in Little Baldon.
Will my monthly fee be the same as I was paying Strata?
Yes, your monthly fees will not change.
