There is no parking available on site, sorry.

No there is no lift.

Is there on-site security or CCTV?

Yes, we have CCTV and a 24hrs security team on call. 

Can I schedule a tour?

Yes, we can conduct a tour of the site and rooms virtually or in person. This can be booked via bonhayhouse@collegiate-ac.com or call us on 01392 213545 or 07740 740433.

Does the rent include property insurance?

Yes it includes contents insurance. You must confirm your cover and know what is included within this through Howden, the number one student insurance provider.

Is there an age limit for moving in?

Minimum age is 18. If you are due to turn 18 around the time of your contract start date, please contact a member of the team on bonhayhouse@collegiate-ac.com.

Can I bring pets?

No pets are allowed on site, sorry.

Can I bring family members?

Family members are able to come with you when moving in. Our guest policy applies. You must contact the team to advise of any guest staying overnight. 

Can I move in with an academic visit visa?

Yes, as your academic visit visa states you are allowed to live in the UK during your time of study.

Can I move into my apartment early?

There is limited availability for early arrivals and all enquiries must be discussed with our on site team.

How many floors does the building have?

There are 3 floors in the main building 4 in the annex.

Can I see a site plan?

Yes, we have digital site plans on our website.

We have studio rooms and 7 ensuite rooms in a shared flat.
