How do I pay the rent?

You can pay your rent through your online Portal account or directly via a bank transfer. We also offer services of payment through WeChat & All Pay.

I can't make a payment yet. How can I avoid further action?

You must make payment prior to or up to your rent instalment date.

Can I pay in instalments?

We have the option of a 4 instalment plan.

What are the requirements?

To pay in instalments you must have a UK guarantor, or use the guarantor service available through our website
