What should I do if the fire alarm is sounding?
Evacuate the building immediately and make your way to your designated assembly point. You will be advised where your assembly is when you move in.
Is there staff 24/7?
The Accommodation Office team at Point Exe are available Tuesday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Monday's and Saturday's 9am - 5pm. The Security Team are on call 24/7.
Do you offer printing services?
No, we do not offer a printing service.
If I receive online shopping packages, will the front desk help with the collection?
There is no front desk on site however, parcels can be accepted for you at the reception at Point Exe, you will be notified that you have a parcel and you can collect it from Point Exe during office opening hours.

All complaints are to be submitted in writing to the on site team via bonhayhouse@collegiate-ac.com you can also request a meeting with the on site team.

Yes but by prior arrangement only. Please email the team on bonhayhouse@collegiate-ac.com.

How to we report a problem out of hours

How do I collect mail/parcels?
You can collect letters from your post box and parcels you can collect from Point Exe during office opening hours.
How can we use a vacuum cleaner?
There is a vacuum cleaner on site to use and return. if the bag in full please let us know and we will replace it.
How can I get a replacement key?
Please notify the team as soon as you have misplaced or lost your key/fob, so we can cancel your fob. We will then reissue a new key to you for £20.06/fob £6.36.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
You can report maintenance through your online portal, or for emergencies out of hours please call the OOH Team, details given on arrival.
