In what condition should I leave my room?

You should leave your room in the same standard as when you arrived.

Do I need to clean my room?

Yes, it is the responsibility of the contract holder to clean and maintain their room.

Where do I return my key?

You must return your key and fob to reception. If reception is closed please use an envelope provided and put the keys through the Reception Door post-box.
