Bonhay House arrival information

When can I arrive - out of hours/ when can I check in - how much notice do you need? 


From 9am on your contract start date and any time from that date and time.  During office hours we do not offer 24 hour check in.


No arrival slots available, what do I do?


Please email bonhayhouse@collegiate-ac.com and we will confirm an available time for you.


What do I do if I'm delayed?


Please email bonhayhouse@collegiate-ac.com or call/text our site phone on 01392 213545 or 07740 740433 to let us know. 


What do I need to bring?


Please bring a physical form of photo ID and your phone to scan your QR code.


Where can we park/unload?


There is no parking at Bonhay House, however, there is a pay to park car park across the road.  A couple of 2 hour free slots on the adjacent road. 


Where is Reception?


Bonhay House is an unmanned site with no reception, your reception is at Point Exe a short walk from the site.

Do you have trolleys?


No, we do not have trolleys at Bonhay House. 


How do I get to my room?


You will be provided with a key and fob and given directions to your accommodation block. 


Do I need to pay before I move in?


Yes, your due payment must be paid prior to moving it. The date of payment is outlined in your contract.


Can my family stay with me when I first check in?


Our guest policy allows for a guest to stay for up to 3 nights. Please ensure that you contact the team to advise us that your guest is staying overnight. 


Do you have a luggage storing area?


We do not have a luggage storage area, sorry. 


Am I able to get support with my luggage on arrival?


We have members of staff who can help on the day you arrive. Please ask us if you need support. 


Do you provide an airport shuttle service?


We do not provide an airport shuttle service. 


How do I check in out of hours?


We do not offer 24 hour check in, sorry.
