Ground floor - accessed via the car park underneath the accommodation.
Where is the Bike Store?
On the outside of the building under E Block. Key for access can be collected from reception.
Where is the Pool Table?
There is a table tennis table in the common room. Bats and balls can be collected at reception. You will be required to leave a form of ID.
What is included in the rent?
Utilities, WIFI, access to common room, social events, welling being helpline and app.
What is the internet speed?
The internet speed is 100MBPS.
Is there parking available?

Is there a lift?
Each block has its own lift.
Is there on-site security or CCTV?
There is cctv on site and security are on site 6pm till 8am Monday to Friday and 24 hours at weekends and bank holidays
Can I schedule a tour?
Tours of the show flat in person or a virtual viewing can be arranged via email athenahall@collegiate-ac.com or by calling 01473 301125 0r 07716 200242 and speaking with site accommodation staff.
Does the rent include property insurance?
Contents Insurance is included within the rent with Endsleigh Insurance.
What is the property insurance?
Upon moving in you will receive an email with all the details regarding the Endsleigh Insurance cover.

Is there an age limit for moving in?
You will need to be 18+ and in full time education.
Can I bring pets?
No pets are allowed.
Can I bring family members?
Family members are more than welcome to help you move in and visit you during your tenancy. All visits most sign in at reception and you are able to have one person stay for a maximum of 3 nights out of 7.
Can I move into my apartment early?
Please email athenahall@collegiate-ac.com and we will confirm if an early arrival is possible, subject to availability.
How many floors does the building have?
There are 5 blocks in total. A Block 6 floors, B Block 8 floors, C Block 7 floors, D Block 5 floors and E Block 4 Floors
What documents do I need?
You will require photo ID, proof of student status, student ID card if have one. Guarantor will require proof of address (utility bill dated within last 3 months or current Council tax bill), photo ID.
What room types are there?
The different room types are- Bronze ensuite, Silver ensuite, Gold Ensuite and Studio apartments.
Can I see photos and videos?
Yes, there are photos on the website of the accommodation. Site accommodation staff can provide a video of the show flat, please email athenahall@collegiate-ac.com to request.
Is there a well-being and assistance app?
The Student Assistance Programme is a 24 hour helpline from Health Assured to support you through any of life's issues or problems. There is also their app you can download.
