The common room behind reception can be used for studying.
Where is the Smoking Area?
Smoking in permitted on the courtyard level 1 only within the building.
What should I do if the fire alarm is sounding?
Upon hearing the fire alarm you must make your way out of the building via the nearest fire exit and go to the assembly point. You will be shown the assembly point and the fire exit for your room during the checking in process.
Is there staff 24/7?
Site accommodation staff are on site Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 8am till 6pm Security are on site all other times
Do you offer printing services?
No we do not offer a printing service, sorry.
If I receive online shopping packages, will the front desk help with the collection?
Site accommodation staff will accept deliveries during office hours. Any food shopping deliveries cannot be accepted at reception.

What should I do if I have a complaint?
Please contact the site accommodation staff by email athenahall@collegiate-ac.com or call 01473 301125 or 07716 200242. You can also come to reception and speak with staff directly. You can also request a meeting with the General Manager
Can I have parcels delivered before I arrive?
Yes you can, but we would request due to limited space you have one or 2 parcels delivered no earlier than a week before you arrive

How to we report a problem out of hours
In an emergency situation please contact security on 07716 200242. Any non emergency issues please send an email to athenahall@collegiate-ac.com and a member of the accommodation team will pick up the email on the next working day.
How do I collect mail/parcels
Once you parcel has been logged you will receive an email from Parcel Safe. In the email you will receive a 6 digit code and OR code. You will just need to come to reception and sign out the parcel using the code or QR code on the tablet and a member of the accommodation team or security will be able to give you your parcel(s).
How can we use a vacuum cleaner?
You can borrow a vacuum cleaner at reception. You will need to leave photo ID and once you return the vacuum cleaner will will be given your ID back.
How can I get a replacement key?
If you lose your room key and or fob accommodation staff can issue you a replacement. There is a charge for a replacement room key and fob.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Maintenance issues can be reported via the Collegiate Portal under the log maintenance section. If the maintenance issue is an emergency please also call 07716 200242 to inform accommodation staff or security
