In what condition should I leave my room?

The room should be left in a clean and tidy condition, all personal belongings and rubbish removed 

Do I need to clean my room?

Yes you will need to clean your room before checking out 

Where do I return my key?

If you have booked a checkout inspection you can return the key at the end of the inspection to the staff member, alternatively if you have not booked a checkout inspection you can return your key at reception and complete the key return envelope 

Can I store any items?

Please enquire with site accommodation staff to confirm whether this is possible. 

How do I rebook?

You can rebook a room for the next academic year via your Collegiate Portal.  Please speak to a member of the site accommodation team if you need any assistance 

If I rebook, what do I do for the week(s) between tenancies?

If you would like to stay the weeks between the tenancies please speak to a member of the site accommodation team to discuss if available and the options.  If you are planning on returning home for the period between the tenancies, if you have not rebooked the same room you will need to take all of your belongings with you.  If you have rebooked the same room and returning home please speak to a member of the site accommodation team to discuss if there is an option to be able to leave your belongings.

Can I extend  over the summer?

Information regarding summer stays are sent out approximately March/April time each year with any options available
