How do I use the laundry machines - Circuit App?

You will need to purchase a laundry card, £2 and the go to the Circuit Laundry website (we do not have the Circuit App) and create an account. 

How do I top up my laundry credit?

Once you have set up your account on the Circuit laundry website you can top up the laundry card using a debit or credit card. You will then receive a top up code. On the back wall of the laundry is the top up machine. You just type in the top up code that you have received and present the laundry card on the machine and the card will be topped up ready to use.

Who can help with laundry issues?

 Please speak to a member of the site accommodation team to report any issues or you can call Circuit laundry directly. Contact number and site reference details for Circuit laundry are displayed on the poster above the laundry card machine.

Do I have to pay for the laundry?

Yes you will need to pay for the use of the washing machines and tumble dryers.

How much is the laundry?

The prices for the washing machines and tumble dryers are display on each of the machines.

Is the laundry shared?

The laundry room is shared by all residents in the building.
