When are the communal areas cleaned?

Communal areas are cleaned Monday to Friday.

How many  friends can I invite into the building?

There is no exact limit on the number of friends you can invite into the building.  All guests must be escorted around social areas by you and you are also responsible for the behaviour of any guests.  Guests are not allowed access to be able use any room keys 

How can we adjust the temperature?

The temperature on the electric heaters can be adjusted by the controls on the top of each heater.

What events does my accommodation hold?

There are various events through the tenancy.  Details are sent out weekly on the Newsletter and detailed on posters displayed in the lifts and at reception.

What facilities does the accommodation have?

There is table tennis table, common room with TV, outside courtyard space, Amazon Locker, on site laundry.

What are the communal spaces?

There is a common room.

Is there a gym onsite or where is the most local one?

There is no gym directly in the accommodation but the University of Suffolk have a gym for students underneath the accommodation. Please contact the University of Suffolk for more details. 

How do I plug in my laptop?

There a number of electric sockets available to use in the common room to charge your laptop.

Who will clean up after me?

You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself before leaving the area.
