Athena Hall arrival information

When can I arrive - out of hours/ when can I check in - how much notice do you need?


Check in slots can be booked during the pre-arrival process. The booking must be fully completed along with all parts of the the pre-arrival. 


No arrival slots available, what do I do?


Email the accommodation team athenahall@collegiate-ac.com with the date and time you require and we will confirm it possible or offer the nearest alternative.


What do I do if I'm delayed?


Please contact site accommodation staff on 01473 301125 or 07716200242  for further help.


What do I need to bring to my check in appointment?


Please bring photo ID and your phone to scan the QR code.  


 Where can we park/unload?


Duke Street Car park or Athena Hall car park. Both are pay and display and car park information and prices can be found at https://www.ipserv.co.uk/car-parks/ 


What number should I call if I need help?

Do you have trolleys onsite?


There are some trolleys on site to help you move in.


How do I get to my room?


During the check in process you will be shown to your room.


Do I need to pay before I move in?


If have selected to pay by instalments the 1st instalment will need to be paid before arriving to check in. If selected paying in full the full payment will need to be made before arriving to check in.


Can my family stay with me when I first check in?


As the tenant site accommodation staff will get you checked in and will show you to your room. Whilst you are being checked in any family or friends are welcome to wait in the common room. Once checked in they are able to help you move your belongings in.


Do you have a luggage storage area?


No we do not have a luggage storage area, sorry. 


Am I able to get support with my luggage on arrival? 


Site accommodation staff will be on hand to help when possible but there will be some trolleys on site.


Do you provide an airport shuttle service?


We do not provide an airport shuttle service.


How do I check in out of hours?


Out of hours arrival will need to prearranged with site accommodation staff. Please send an email to athenahall@collegiate-ac.com and accommodation staff will contact you to discuss
