Collegiate offers you to pay your rent in full or 4 instalments. To pay rent in 4 instalments, you will need to provide evidence of a UK based guarantor, such as a family member or friend. If you do not have a UK-based guarantor and wish to pay in 4 instalments, you can do so but will incur a 5% upfront fee top of your total accommodation fees.

Collegiate offers great flexibility in our 4-instalment plan. This is offered for those students who rely on a student loan and/or grant to pay their rent. We still expect 4 weeks of the rent to be paid 10 days before the start date of the tenancy agreement for your first instalment, and a larger second instalment due at the end of September which is when most student loans/grants have been paid to students in the UK. This will help lots of students to manage their finances at the beginning of term.

For those students paying in 4 instalments, the rent payment dates are aligned with student loan payments.
