Who can be a guarantor?

We only accept residents of the United Kingdom being Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland and England. A resident needs to be someone who resides within the UK and is recognised as a resident for tax purposes with HMRC.


The guarantor must have a fixed address – Proof of address, in the form of a utility bill (Gas/Water/Electricity – dated within the last 3 months or council tax bill for the current tax year at time of booking) and photo ID is required.


The guarantor must be over the age of 25 when booking.

Alternatively, if you’d like to pay in instalments but don’t have a UK guarantor, you can do so but will incur a 5% upfront fee on your total accommodation fees.
