MVHR works much more efficiently than conventional ventilation systems, such as trickle vents. These uncontrolled ventilation methods work by removing stale air from a property and replacing it with fresh air from the outside. While this is fine in warmer months, during winter, the heat from inside the property is lost and replaced by colder air from outside.
