The Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) now offer the EV Charging Grant to flat owner-occupiers, tenants in rented property and landlords. Owners of electric vehicles can apply for up to 75% of the cost to buy and install a charger, with a value of up to £350. To be eligible, you must have a designated off-road parking space and own an OZEV approved vehicle. Landlords can apply for multiple installations.
