If you give us at least 48 hours notice of cancellation then you won't be charged. If you give us less than 48 hours notice or fail to attend without letting us know, we charge a £70 administration fee.

Unfortunately, testosterone treatments for Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome are not usually covered by private healthcare insurance so can't be reimbursed through these schemes.
We are not currently registered with any other providers as they tend not to cover what we do.
