What are your office hours?
We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Do you offer a free consultation?
We do not. When booking an appointment with our team, you are required to pay the first hour to secure your appointment.

CanCan's office is based in Central London (Blackfriars).

Does the initial payment cover everything?
The initial payment does not cover any additional expenses, for example, materials purchased, parking, etc.
Is the initial payment refundable?
Yes, the payment is refundable up until 12pm the day before your appointment.

How will I be charged?
When you secure your appointment, you would be required to pay for the first hour upfront. The rates are shown during the booking process. Any additional work will be charged in 15 minute increments.
