Our role is to:
- Understand the requirements of the visitor and confirm if they are looking for help with a business or personal IT issue (CIS works with businesses only)
- Confirm if they are an existing client (if business)
- If existing - direct them to the support team (as per Script Steps)
If new client - take details and raise as a lead
