What are your rooms furnished with?
We provide a bed, mattress and mattress protector, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table or shelf unit. Most rooms also have a desk and chair.
How do I take a room?
We like to chat with and meet you before we offer you a room as we try to find new housemates that fit into the current dynamics of the house. After a telephone call/text, we’ll arrange to meet you at the house to show you around to see if the room suit...
Do you have parking available at your houses?
Yes, all 17 of our houses have parking available on the drive or on the street.
I’m looking for a place for a couple.
Sorry, but we don’t find rooms for couples, only individuals.
What reference checks do you need?
We require a reference from your employer to confirm your salary and a reference from current/previous landlords of the last 3 years.
Where are your houses/Where are you based?
We have 17 houses all based in Bicester! We have some based in the town centre, some nearer to Bicester North Station and some on the South side too!
Do you have any fees?
No we do not. We take a holding deposit to reserve the room whilst we complete your reference checks.
What is included with the rent?
Rent includes all bills, high speed broadband and a regular cleaner for the communal areas.
Who lives in the houses?
The majority of our housemates are aged between 21-35 who are all professionals. Some of our houses are more sociable than others so there’s a house to suit everyone!
