• Smoking or Vaping Indoors: Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Tampering with smoke detection equipment is illegal and could lead to criminal charges and significant fines.
• Electric Bikes and Electric Scooters: These are not allowed inside the building due to safety and fire regulations.
• Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted, including fish or exotic animals. If pets are found, they will be removed, and the RSPCA may be contacted.
• Adhesive Decorations: Items such as LED lights or Command Hooks must not be stuck to walls, as they can cause damage and result in charges.
• Cars: Unless agreed in advance, cars should not be brought to the property. Parking is limited and available only at some sites by permit.
