Although we will do our utmost to ensure that your magazine is delivered on or around the on-sale date, on some occasions it may be unavoidably delayed. Please allow 5 days after the on-sale date for UK delivery, and 21 days if you’re outside the UK* (excluding weekends and public holidays).

*Please note: USA deliveries are made via sea freight and can take 6-8 weeks from publication.

If you have allowed this time and your issue has still not been received, you can request a replacement issue to be sent. Simply go to "Orders" and then select the order that you wish to check. Select "Issue History", this will show all issues that have been sent. From here you can also request a replacement issue.
