We apologise if you have received a damaged issue in the post. Regrettably, this is something that is out of our control. However, you can request a replacement issue or a subscription extension by contacting out customer service team.
You can request a replacement issue to be sent. Simply go to "Orders" and then select the order that you wish to check. Select "Issue History", this will show all issues that have been sent, from here you can request a replacement.
Alternatively, our customer service team can extend your subscription. Head over to the 'Need Help' section on the left hand side of this page and we’ll take care of the rest!
