Maxxed Help Center: Withdrawals
How do I make a withdrawal?
Open your wallet and choose Withdraw. Pick the coin and network. Paste the address you're sending to.
Check two things before you confirm. The network matches the receiving address. The address is exactly right. Withdrawals are final once submitted. For XRP, include the destination tag if your receiving platform requires one.
The fee and the exact amount you'll receive are shown before you confirm.
Where is my withdrawal?
Withdrawals are processed and sent to the network. Most are sent within minutes.
You'll get a notification when it's sent. The transaction hash is in your transactions. Take it to the explorer to track it on the network.
If the explorer shows it confirmed but your wallet is empty, check the network and address on the receiving side. If a withdrawal fails, the funds return to your balance.
Why can't I withdraw yet?
Rollover. Your deposit needs to be wagered once before withdrawing.
Bonus wagering. An active bonus completes its wagering before that balance can be withdrawn.
Not sure which applies? Message us and we'll tell you exactly where you stand.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
Usually something quick to fix. Wagering or rollover wasn't complete. The address didn't validate for the network. An XRP tag was missing. Your balance changed after you submitted. Fix it and withdraw again.
Anything else, message us with the withdrawal transaction ID. We'll take it from there.
I sent to the wrong address
Message us immediately with the withdrawal transaction ID. Mark it urgent. If it hasn't been sent yet, there's a window to stop it.
Once it's on the blockchain, no one can reverse it. Read the address twice, every time.
