How do I verify my account?

Go to Account → Verification. Level 1 needs your full name, date of birth, and nationality. Takes about two minutes, and that's enough to deposit.

Further steps are only requested when they're needed. Each is a one-time step.

What documents do I need?

ID. A clear photo of your passport, national ID card, or driver's licence. All four corners visible, details readable.

Proof of address. A utility bill or bank statement from the last three months. Full name, current address, and date visible. Photo or PDF, both work.

Review usually takes around 30 minutes. You'll be notified the moment it's done.

My document was rejected

The reason shows on your verification screen. The common ones: blurry image, a corner cut off, an expired document.

Fix it and reupload at Account → Verification. Not sure what's needed? Message us and we'll walk you through it.
