How do sports bets settle?

A bet settles once the result is official, and winnings go to your main balance. Settlement is usually within minutes of the official result.

Some markets take longer because the official result takes longer: statistics markets, disciplinary decisions, anything under review by the governing body. Still open an hour after the official result? Message us with the bet ID.

Why was my bet voided?

Voided means your stake came back and the bet is treated as never placed. Common reasons: the event was cancelled or postponed beyond the 48-hour rescheduling window, a market was offered in error (clearly wrong odds or a wrongly listed line), or a selection became void under its own rules, like a non-runner.

In a multi, a voided leg settles at 1.00 and the rest of the bet stands.

What is cash-out?

Cash-out settles a bet early at the value shown. It's available on selected markets, before and during the event, and the offer moves with the live state of your bet.

If the button isn't showing, it isn't available for that bet at that moment. Once you confirm, it's final.

Minimum odds and limits

Free bets from the Sports Welcome Pack need at least 3 selections, each at minimum odds of 1.50. Other promotions use minimum odds of 1.50 unless their terms say otherwise.

Outside promotions there's no minimum. Stake and win limits vary by market and show on the bet slip before you confirm.

How does live betting work?

Live odds move with the game. There's a short acceptance window when you place, and if the price changes inside it, you confirm the new price before the bet stands.

Markets suspend around key moments and reopen once the situation settles.
